This is how engineering and scientific activities are pumped, but at this point, the election as head of the Moscow Chess Federation and the transition to politically kosher chess and preparation for leaving the country are approaching. In 1979, an application was submitted to leave, but in January 1980 there was an attack on Afghanistan, and, 7 troubles – one answer, the arrest and expulsion of Sakharov and, for many years, emigration was closed. Struggle, active confrontation, and close attention of the KGB, but already of a different department. By a special decision of the parliament (Knesset), Israeli citizenship was obtained, in the first place, by way of exception, without coming to the country, as an active member of the resistance and opposition to the regime and the KGB. In 1987, they were deprived of Soviet citizenship and released, but cutting off the brake hoses on a private car. As a result, the car was smashed and thrown at the entrance, but life and health were saved.
